Town Shores of Gulfport is a planned unit develop-ment of eighteen Building Associations, one Master Association and 1,327 homes, with one, two or three bedroom floor plans. Built in the 1970's, our 55-plus community is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of and elected by the Town Shores of Gulfport's Master Association. Several committees provide assistance to Board functions and community activities, and an on-site Property Manager, Financial Administrator, and Maintenance Manager provide maintenance, accounting and management services. A security officer is onsite throughout the night. Each building is governed by its own board of directors, implementing guidelines and bylaws for their building. The goal of all buildings in Town Shores is to maintain a sense of home, community and security.

 

The clubhouse has an arts and crafts room, poker room, billiard room, game room, library, multipurpose room, conference room, an exercise room, his and hers saunas, an auditorium/ballroom, and a large lounge with a catering kitchen. There is beautiful lanai overlooking the clubhouse swimming pool and the gorgeous views of the Boca Ciega Bay. 

 

The beautifully landscaped grounds include patio and grilling areas, tennis, pickle ball, bocce and shuffleboard courts, along with four swimming pools. Our newly renovated docks provide anchor for 40 boats, along with a new kayak launch. There are sitting areas with beautiful water views and gardens scattered among the grounds.
